Terms of use
Plain terms for a small service. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who can use Cadence
You must be 18 or older. A space is for two consenting adults; you may only invite someone who wants to be there, and you must not add anyone’s information without their agreement.
2. Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your login. One account per person, one space per account.
3. Your content
Everything you write in your space stays yours. We claim no rights to it beyond what is needed to store and show it back to you and your partner. You must not upload content that is illegal, that depicts anyone under 18, or that you don’t have the right to use.
4. The shared library
The position library is shared by everyone. Suggestions and submissions you make to it are reviewed before they appear, may be edited, and become part of the library under a permissive licence so other members can see them. Only submit images you own or that are free to reuse.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t try to access spaces that aren’t yours, probe or overload the service, scrape other members’ data, or use Cadence to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and changes
Cadence is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but we can’t promise it will never be unavailable or that features won’t change. If we ever have to shut down, we will give notice and time to export your data.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms. Either way, deletion works as described in the privacy policy.
